Festival take place every year in May-June in Odessa. Festival "Starlet" is a celebration
For young musicians, singers, dancers and others. It is concerts, competitions, diplomas, prizes, carnival walking, excursions and warm Black Sea.
Accommodation in cosy hotel, sea walk, the best concert halls of Odessa
There are four nominations:
       a)vocal
       b)folk
       c)dance
       d)vocal groups
Age of participants is to 18 years.
Jury consist of actors, musician's, producers organizers of international Festival, TV, radio, the press representative.
Art directors, producer, composer - member of Ukrainian theatre Union Stepanov Alexander.
